This is me practicing for a friend's wedding that took place back in August. Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring was for the seating of the Mothers, and Canon in D was for the Bridesmaids
haaaaa... just what I needed for my first wedding ceremony piano work... I had thought of both those tunes of course.. both so similar, so beautiful and so commonly used in weddings....but, you really pulled it off nicely.....piano's pretty bright... which, I don't prefer, like that warm kinda sound.. but you really nailed both pieces with feeling, time, perfect interplay of voices... sweetness....consistency, control of tension ..et...cetera :) nicely done!!!!
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Thanks!
