A key to understanding the ministry of Jesus Christ, the Apostle Peter, and the Apostle Paul. Understanding the gospel that has the power of God unto salvation ~ the one Paul calls "my gospel".
=============================

By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures
======================================
Peter taught after the death of Jesus Christ:
"But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him."
(Where did Paul ever teach that?)

Paul taught:
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost
(Where did Peter ever teach that?)
==================================

Both taught Christ crucifed, both did not teach the same things about salvation ~ neither did they teach the same things about our inheritance. Paul received a mystery directly from Jesus Christ for us gentiles. Do you trust Jesus and the ministry he gave the Apostle Paul?...

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.

  • Chech out Paster Larry Griffin He's Preparing us for the Rapture not the Second Coming good stuff

  • @DaJ7810 - preparing for the rapture? How do you do that? :) I'll look him up, thanks.

  • Scripture in one Gospel says Kingdom of Heaven(Matthew) and then all the others say Kingdom of God. Jesus even used it as such in Matthew 19:23 and 24.... You read from the KJV because you're, I believe, deeply rooted in KJV-onlyism and dispensationalism...

  • @skolded1 - if you study to show yourself approved you'd realize that there is NO WAY we are inheriting the Kingdom of Heaven. Blasphemers cannot CANNOT inherit it. Paul was a blasphemer...as are just about every saved person today. You cannot see the forest for the trees. Obviously, you came by...didn't listen and threw out some accusations of which you haven't a clue.

    Deal with the audio...not your misinterpretations, assumptions and ad hominem attack.

  • 1 Corinthians 15:50 KJV

    50Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

  • That's right. We need to be made righteous by the faith and righteousness of Jesus Christ.

    In our flesh, that is impossible.

  • @SoldierOfLight1 - scripture please (in context of being prepared)

  • @Ahavah8Ahavah What is said is To prepare for Rapture is to believe in the Gospel wich Paul Preached for primarily gentiles and Jesus will come not on earth like he will for the second coming but we will meet him in the air and go to Heaven Pauls Gospel is For Heaven Peter's is for Earth but Peters Gospel is on hold The gospel for today is The Death Burial And Resurrection Of Jesus Christ Trusting In That in This Time we are supposed to walk by Faith not by sight

  • Kingdom of Heaven?

    Matthew 13:

    31Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field: 32Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.

  • Kingdom of God?

    Luke 13:18,19 KJV

    18Then said he, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and whereunto shall I resemble it?

    19It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it.
