The first time I heard the chorus in this it blew me away. I'm glad you guys are enjoying these so much, if there is a particular song you want just say the word and I'll do my best to post it. I DO NOT OWN THIS AND CLAIM NO COPYWRITE.
O for a thousand tongues to sing
My great Redeemer's praise
The glories of my God and King
The triumphs of His grace
My gracious Master and my God
Assist me to proclaim,
To spread through all the earth abroad
The honors of thy name.
Jesus, the name that charms our fears
That bids our sorrows cease
Tis music in the sinner's ears
Tis life, and health, and peace.
Chorus
He breaks the power of canceled sin
He sets the prisoner free
His blood can make the foulest clean
His blood availed for me.
O for a thousand tongues to sing
My great Redeemer's praise
Hear him, ye deaf; his praise, ye dumb
Your loosened tongues employ
Ye blind, behold your savior come
And leap, ye lame, for joy.
Hallelujah
The actual hymn is 16 stanzas long. Depending on which version of the Methodist Hymnal you are using the hmn is comprised of the middle 6 or 7

We have a ballet company in our city that presents a ballet of 2nd Chapter of Acts "Roar of Love" album every year. The ballet opens with a praise dance to this piece. It is awesome! I love it so much.

Always loved this one from my childhood. Havn't heard it in years - but it instantly comes back to me after the first chords. I'm not a super religous person - but it reminds me of the best days of my life! Thanks 4 posting!
