  • Hello! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my buddy got amazing Six pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

  • Hi Nicko your recipes are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G

  • what the fu... this doesnt look like the thumbnail

  • I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder , i thought it was delicious And flavorful :-) everyone's taste buds and preferences differ.

  • @cbaran275 God, you need SOME flavour!

  • @Sarah16art It's getting cooked in the oven, obviously.

  • I made that for my dinner!!!! was great thanks!!! Instead the ham I used roast beef left over!

  • Im on Weight watchers and I altered the recipie a bit to make it To make it even lighter , use reduced/fat free fat Milk instead of cream, and only egg whites! and of course low fat cheese if desired These Look YUMMY!!!

  • @BeautyGossipxoxo @LaughinWheniCan Nope he means Cream. Not Sour Cream which is made from cream same with butter. Not Yoghurt which is made from milk. Cream is the fattiest part of the milk that comes from cows. When milk is processed for drinking the cream rises to the top. It's what you make whipped cream from cakes or you freeze it to make ice cream. Depending on what country you come form it might be called something different. It is thick creamy and delish! Try on porridge
