The First Nobel Truth (From what I understand) in Budisim is that there will always be suffering. Mind you that is a bad translation for a very wide "Bob Ross" stroke word. I take as an unserstanding that there will always be trouble and stress. But this is good. As a people we do not rise in stagnation. We are always are best when things are at there worst....it what defines us as a peopl/race/speciese. So the universe (to help you evolve and GROW as a being) will provide you with an ongoing chance to grow and be more than you ever have been. Theese are the moments in our lives where we choose. Do you allow yourself to falter,or do you become more. More than your programing. More than your nature/nurture.
