A couple of things (wow i'm such a devoted commenter):
1. I did not know that was the reason Phil started the project!
2. I totally know what you're talking about with that one person. To me it was actually a famous person, but i was like obsessed with her abs and body throughout my process of getting abs :D that person was Audrina Patridge.
3. about being capable of having abs...I wasn't. I used to have this flab over my lower abs. ANNOYING! couldn't get rid of it no matter what.

@BlondeNoa You're such a good little commenter! Audrina does have a nice body, so I can see why she would motivate. How did you end up getting abs after you had such a hard time with that one spot? I gotta know!! So cool that you're on 43things too. I love it! More vlogs coming hopefully!!!
