He could be crying. It's surprising (and maybe political) that he's crying over someone with a Mexican name. But, I think maybe he is actually sad because he had to break his promise.

This is a man who is deeply concerned about his nation and the direction it is going towards - He knows what truly drives people in America and it makes him very disappointed - There is no "own" or "fail" to this. This is a VERY sad thing that is happening to us as a country.

But most people don't even care, as long as there are people who give up a percentage of thier pay, all to be handed over to those who don't give a damm. What will those who don't work do when the ones who work give up?
