I think this is probably my favorite version of this piece that I've seen so far--even for raw video footage, the soulful interpretation of her playing comes shining through...there are a lot of versions out there with great technique (including Wynton's), but most seem to be forgetting that it's still supposed to be a Lullaby. Love her hesitation @ around 2:38. Great job Jeanne--I'm now a fan; & great job Middle Creek HSB! - Peter J Blume
Jeanne, I am delighted to find you here! This is SO BEAUTIFUL! So musical... My daughter said she never liked the trumpet before hearing you. Now she listens to you over and over again!
Are there any recordings available? Could not find any on iTunes. I have to have this woman's music!

So happy to see a fellow female trumpeter! Especially one who takes on the lullaby! (and very beautifully I might add.)

Very passionate about what she plays, doesn't simply play the music.
Love the way she plays at 2:35. Takes control, makes people sit on the front of their chairs waiting for the next note to project.
