Biryani is eaten at festive occassions. It is not an easy dish to cook, however, I have tried to show the whole process in easy steps. Hope you like it.

  • damnit...its hyderabadi.....not northindian

  • may i know what is the thing that u saute? i have saute sth in like a teaspoon of water.

  • thank you for sharing your recipes with us all here on the web. I've been cooking American style most of my life and it can be quite boring once you reach middle-age...rofl...I mean I'm learning how to cook so well and keep my vitals in check (my cholesterol is low and my other vitals are good even though I'm not a health oriented person)

  • WHo's cooking influenced who? Did the Indian's influence the Asians or did the Asians influence the indians because I can see similarities in ingredients.

  • I dont trust myself with goat meat. I can see it now....my goat becoming stretchy instead of tender.

  • Based on your beef curry video, I think you're an Indian Muslim.

  • @hafeez144 Bhai When Dunya waalaay are hungry, then Dhuniaa Chutney can also be named as Caviar. Dunyaa is enjoying "BIRYANI" and this Kaaki in video has also to make her living.

  • Thanks for sharing this video :)
