Harry catches Hermione dancing with Draco Malfoy and realises they're having an affair. He's furious and confronts her later that night and breaks up with her. Later once he's cooled down, he offers Hermione a second chance - hoping her thing for Malfoy was just a fling. But Hermione can't deny her feelings for Draco and blows her chances with Harry.

No this is a behind-the-scenes clip, where Tom asked Emma to dance. It doesn't appear in either the movie or book which is actually called Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
