In the livingroom is an inglenook style fireplace with a Regency wood/coal burning stove and to the rear is a study area which has a fully glazed roof and concertina oak patio doors that fold the width of the room to open it up to the patio and landscaped rear gardens. Through the frount windows can be sent the diamond front patio area and great views of the green and Church.
There is wheelchair access throughout the ground floor. Back into the hallway can be seen the control for the internal security system.

The large, light dining room has access to both the side and rear and it's own ceiling speaker.
The ceiling speakers continue into the kitchen which has a solid wood fitted kitchen with oak doors, black granite worktops and splashbacks, a granite composite designer square sink, a Neff 5 ring gas hob and Neff Intensive CircoTherm electric fan oven. There is also ceiling mounted TV points.
