To 'correctly' set bindings, you need a DIN chart. Find your height and weight, use whichevers highest on the chart, go 1 code down for type 2, 2 down for type 3 or 3 down for type 3+. subtract 1 code for 9 years or younger or 50+ in all cases. In freestyle or racing cases, these are only a ballpark.. you will need to know the length of your ski boot to know the correct DIN on the chart.

@henrytweasel Hey man. theres no straight way of answering that question. Theres no correct DIN setting for everyone, and like he said it'd be different for anyone. Google 'DIN setting' there are plenty of systematic guides/calculators that will help you out based on your body's characteristics and rough estimate of skiing ability.

sry for the confusion....i lost the RIGHT ski and it cut the LEFT knee



that doesnt help at all any idiot knows what a DIN setting is, i wanna know how to set it properly!
