As a British person, I HATE Americans for this.
What they do not realise is that their cars have a disgustingly low oil efficiency, and they pay almost HALF of what Europeans do for petrol. All on its own America has resultantly pushed up the price for gas for the rest of the world. No American president has the guts to put this right because Americans moan so much about it, so we all have to continue to suffer with ridiculous prices. Thanks a fucking bunch, you selfish idiots.

In 2008, current U.S. "Energy" Secretary (then just a zany professor) Steven Chu clarified that "somehow we have to figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe."
Who says this administration can't get things done?

Las Vegas Nevada.... Gas goes up, cost of living goes up. Gas here is 3.75-3.98 per gallon, and there's talk of it going to 5.15-5.35 per gallon. I know it not as bad as the eastside. But our min wage is 7.25 per hour. And with the cost of living alway increasing, it's hard for the locals to survive. I've resorted to taking the bus, at $60 for 30 days, to save money.

don't u dare complain, u have something like the 54th most expensive fuel prices in the world yet you use the most because the majority of you can't be bothered to drive manuals, your fuel is almost half the price of ours

Democrats spend all of our money and on top of that they want to raise more taxes on gas, fuck them! Democrats will find a way to spend your money.

One way I prepared for peak oil was converting my home to a net-zero solar powered home that uses no oil or gas..I made a video about it called, "Preparing for Peak Oil"....

The further our country goes in debt, the weaker our dollar becomes. Right now America is 9 and a half trillion dollars in debt. You can blame our useless president and the Federal Reserve Bank! Gas prices have not gone up, our dollar is shrinking! Our dollar no longer has any buying power!
