ahh, those were the days, whenr ail travel was at its best, none of this modern runnish we have nowa days, and an engine driver could be pround of his engine, when a man was a man.

Very good! An interesting view of a vanished railway.

Very emotive clip, one thing that strikes me is that nobody seems to acknowledge the work done by the fireman. I think shoveling up to 12 tons of coal on a moving platform within a few hours is a considerable physical feat. It's worth remembering that on some journeys the fireman actually cleared the tender!
