Pressure cook for just 3 whistles and instead of khoya and mawa you can either use condensed milk or full cream milk powder. Instead of Paneer Ricotta is fine only for making dumplings......

Four cups will reduce to max one and half cup of finished product so if you are doing for a large party you must use more. Use any good ghee internationally i know that you get a green coloured tin of ASLI GHEE brand, VERKA is also available in super markets. Sugar can be upto your liking for sweetness.

Yes you can use shredded carrots, use four cups of carrots to get a generous serving for four people...
