I get tired of people saying that the call of duty franchise isn't known for its single player campaigns when the franchise was originally started with the intention of creating the most immersive WWII game on the market, sure the focus has shifted but its completely false to say its never been about story. Sorry to level this criticism on you because you're not the only person to say it but I'm getting kind of aggravated about it.

@ThunderThighs23814 Discussion is a good thing. I think for the most part when people say it isn't known for its single-player, it is in reference to COD 4 and its sequels. What I was trying to get across is that of the most recent COD games, this has been my favorite story, and it was a pleasant deviation from the trend of late.

If anything, I would agree, this COD ever since the modernation, it seems Activision didn't care if either studio and soon to be future developers make a decent single player. The mutiplayer can be complete utter crap, but if it still brings in money, we keep buying DLC, they won't care. *Sigh* Hopefully it won't follow the same path as *cough* Guitar Hero.

so what do you want them to do just say "hey everyone be excited about our new game?" well i personally am excited about every call of duty but there job is to put out a good game not excite people.

@ThunderThighs23814 I think the new Metal of Honor game has a better campaign but in Multiplayer and Online COD is better.
