@RachelFuryRocks i own a few hookah and had to take a few apart you want to try to not wash it with water because the inside of the hose is made with springs and some with cardboard. if its cardboard base the water gets absorbed and then diminishes how long it can last and metal can rust. its best to just air clean it or grab both the front and back together and hit the hose against a hard service to break apart any particles then just blow it out
