We Are One Rally in Collinsville, IL (Part 1)

April 6, 2011 the SW IL Central Labor Council, Greater Madison County Federation of Labor, SW IL Building & Construction Trades and the Democratic Party organizations from Monroe, St. Clair and Madison Counties of IL held a rally to support working families under attack by the Republicritters and Tea Baggers.

The Metro East area (just across the Mississippi River from St. Louis) has been "Union Country" for well over 100 years.

Also, it's obvious that your one of the masses that bought into this "change" that Obama rode in on. But, has he did anything he said? Has he ended the wars and brought our troops home? No, but he has got us into another one. Has he cut spending? No, he has increased it. And did he put on his walking shoes and march with the union protesters recently in Madison, Wisconsin as he said he would? No, he was meeting with business men in Ohio. The man is a fraud and a tool for the elite!.

In a perfect world, Socialism would be great. Our world and our nation is far to currupt with greedy/evil people for it to ever happen. Our gov is bought/paid for by the global bankers. If you think for one second that they're gonna share any piece of the pie, less the crumbs, with the working class, your sorely mistaken. Theirs is the grand country club and the working class is not in it. Seperate Gov from Wall Street, obolish the Federal Reserve, or we'll never have freedom & prosperity!

If a Union is not a proponent of Socialism it's not a Union. Unions in the US are demanding democracy plus Socialism and an end to democracy plus Capitalism, which is democracy for the rich, and not the middle class or poor.Remember, Clinton left us with a huge surplus, and "W" left us with a huge deficit. I think Obama deserves a medal for heroism for being brave enough to try and fix "W"'s mess, while being blamed for it. I believe America was supposed to be for the people, all the people.

Really? Do union members really want to keep going in the direction of socialism & fascism, because that IS the direction Obama is taking us? Obama has did nothing but hurt our economy by filling his administration with Wall Street crooks (the same crooks whom caused the 2008 bubble and is now causing a lot of the dollar collapse), furthering the destruction of our country by harboring 13-14 million illegal aliens, allowing clemency, and aid. He's a puppet for the elite! BTW, where's the BC?
