  • With the new IJF rules this might be useful.

  • @Andi88T One of the things you have to do to make sure that doesn't happen is show that there was a definite stop in the opponent's momentum before you go in for the sutemi waza. I remember once in a tourni my opponent went in for a drop seoinage, which I stepped around and countered with jigoku jime. I clearly had him in control on the floor, but the referee gave my opponent ippon because it just looked like he took me over.

  • i like how uke is wearing wrestling shoes.

  • I tried this in a Judo tournament, and the other guy got waza-ari. Never did it since.

  • I pinned a guy when I was in highschool using this.... had never seen it before. It was just a natural reaction too what was going on.

  • Can't I sprawl before the double reach me?

  • @torrentgray yeah if you fall backwards, at one point uke's mass is making te throw.

  • i did this in bjj. i thought i made it up lol.

  • ooh i wanna try it on a tournement:D

  • acually not, his weight is helping you, its easy, unless you know how to do it
