HomeShare is a unique program that matches homeowners, many of whom
are seniors and have an empty room to rent with home seekers. Home
seekers are individuals 18 years of age or older who are looking for
an affordable place to live. Many home seekers are willing to help the
homeowners with housekeeping or other chores in exchange for a
reduction in their rent. 90% of our HomeShare matches have been successful for both parties!
