  • @demon4jon If you have an agreement and you're sticking to it then of course you don't have to deal with bailiffs, in those circumstances there's obviously been a cock up. What i'm saying is that if you have failed to pay as agreed with the person you owe the money to then they're entitled to use whatever means necessary to get their money back, if that's bailiffs then fine. Pay your debts.

  • @ferranerazzi like i said im not saying your wrong but if they ring and u had a agreement with them that you was going to pay them and yet they still send bailiff to your door then your dont have the right to talk to them or infact let them in to your home if u have the notice that u made the agreement

  • @demon4jon The fact that it's reached bailiff stage means that you've had your chance to ring them and make an agreement. You don't go and buy a TV from Dixons and 2 days later the bailiffs turn up. You buy the TV from Dixons, you fail to pay according to the agreement that you made, they contact you, you fail to pay, they contact you again, you fail to pay and so on. Last resort is bailiffs and as long as they are legally acting on behalf of the creditor then yes you do have to pay them.

  • @ferranerazzi In all rights you don't have to say anything to them your contract does not state that you will be handing the money over to other people when they can just ring you and ask about the problem you are having with money and make an agreement with the people you made the contract with. but by all means if u wish to hand it over to them that's your choose. im not saying that your wrong but you have no right to talk to them

  • @ferranerazzi so your saying if you own someone money and they send someone else to come round that you would just hand the money over even tho you don't even know these people but yet your still going to hand over the money

  • @demon4jon It doesn't matter who you make the contract with, they're acting as the legal agents of the person you owe money to. This is simple, if you buy shit from someone make sure you pay for it then you don't get bailiffs.

  • @ferranerazzi but u didnt make the contract with the debt collectors so there for you dont have any right to tlk to them in anyway

  • @demon4jon It's not about getting away with it it's about paying what you owe. If you're not the person who owes the money then you say so, if you are then pay up, simple. For every thief who tries to avoid paying like this there's someone at the other end who has been stolen from, how about you think about them?

  • @ferranerazzi why should we have to paid to someone money if there only going on a name not the person

  • Name of the song?
