I wish i was a good as the worst TDF contender. I would mop up the local competition!!
Than think how much differencethere is between the wknd warrior and Lance Armstrong!!!

@smithsil yeah, and his blood values are mindbuggling evidence of doping. no human being has stable or even slightly rising hemoglobin / hematocrit levels during a 3 week TdF... only wonder-Pharmstrong. For all those who still cannot add 1 to 1 after all that has been said... continue to wear your yellow bracelets and help cheastrong to contineu profiteering from cancer. biggest liar/cheat ever.

The $500.000 hidden donation to UCI in 1999 could explain why he never tested positive...
Who has tried to protect hin in 2005 after EPO was found in Lance's 1999 urine samples? UCI of course against WADA!

@hghepo innocent until proven guilty. Simple as that, he has never offically been charged. people can speculate all they want but until someone is proven guilty he is innocent.

smithsil,
Lance' s 2009 blood values showed 2 major increases of hematocrit and hemoglobin extremely similar of blood transfusion. Servere diarhrea or dehydration could have similar effect but it would be difficult to ride a TDF stage in that condition. Make your own conclusion. Hopefully with blood monitoring he could not increase his hematocrit to 49% (UCI limit) as he did in 99-2005 period. Remember you the EPO found in Lance' s samples.

@hghepo lance armstrong is clean, if he was doping they would have already arrested him, not sure how you can argue this point. Lance has his blood values posted on his website, fyi.2009 demonstrated his incredible athletic ability once more.

@butler148, Sorry for you but your man is on drugs and blood doping.

That is so true. I am competitive by nature and love cycling most regular people have a hard time to keep up with me or I simply loose them. However when I entered my first race I was blown away at their speed and power! I started out in third attempting to stay with the lead group troughout the race. I will never forget when this "woman duo from a team" overtook me with incredible power! I was spinning fast (as fast as I could) in my fastest gear setting and they still smoked me!!!
Incredible

lance armstrong is a true hero...

I participated in a Livestrong event in Portland, Oregon in which Lance also rode and let me just say from first hand experience that he is FAST! lol I know that is obvious, but it took all I had to just keep up with him, mind you he was sitting upright stretching while I was practically out of breath! just goes to show you that world class athletes are no joke!

I've rode with lance before he turned pro and the competed against him later. I was on the US Army team and yes he is very fast and long winded as well. It was an honor to ride with someone that great!!! LLL long live Lance
