  • Hey, thanks for your kind comment, sweetie :-) I train about 5-6 times a week (lift about 4-5 times and cardio on the 6th day). Always feel free to send me a private message if you have any questions---I would be more than happy to answer them :-)

  • How much do you bench? Standard question I know, but I think people want to know...

  • I can bench 150 lbs for 5-6 reps at this point.
