The flagship model of Panasonic Factory Solutions new electronic assembly line, The CM602-L is a high speed chip mounting machine that is making production of boards faster and easier.



The CM602-L uses 12 head nozzles that make high speed placement of chips at 100,000 chips/hr a reality. The machine has many sensors including a sensor for optimum chip placement height and board warp as well as a 3D batch scanning system that checks all leads' components and the solder ball position and height.


This new model decreases the size of the feeder cart by 200mm and has a much smaller foot print than other machines. The system can be easily adapted to current setups and is compatible with previous models through the modularity of its parts.

Ja, ja, est ist eine schnellere machine als der cm402! Aber einige lösunge nicht unbedingt besser! Aber wenn es mindistens so gut wird wie der vorgänger, dann kann niemand ein shlechtes wort habe! Wir haben in der produktion 10 stück davon!(bisher ohne fehler)
