I love the way the monks sound.

the second you step in the room, the first thing you should do is use the rifle and take out the two archers. Most of the health you lost was from those guys. Unnecessary.
you can kill the only using the first two seconds of gameplay then use your normal tactics.
Try and get the shield guys to come at you round corners.
And last thing, use your knife more and use the piledriver more. With those two techniques you can use minimum pistol ammo and take out monks effectively.

I've played the game quite a bit, so I had an upper hand. Only advice I have is to watch the archers up on the balconies; they seem to cause the most trouble.

The shoulderthing for the TMP is very useful... especially in that place.
Can anyone tell me what these Monks are saying all the time? Thanks! :D

Well I know they say "Muerte", which means "Die"; other than that, I'm not sure.
