Fire claims life of Erik Mooney of Batavia, NY

Scenes from the Lewiston Road home, which caught fire Friday morning. Erik Mooney, 17, lost his life in the fire.

My condolences go out to his family for their loss.

I used to live in Rochester back in 93-97, and prolly drove past that house 100 times without knowing it..

I still can't believe Erik is really gone. He was my best friend and I'm going miss him forever. I'm happy that Michael and their Mom made but Erik should've made it too.
