This spot was created for Ford's "Spread the Word" campaign in the summer/fall of 2009. Since then, it's been used by some dealer groups (like the Northeast Ohio FDAF) to highlight Ford's vehicle quality, which has ranked equal to or better than that of Honda and Toyota in several studies.
