The Teleprompter Song

This was initially an effort at a follow up vid to the idea I provided Miss Nana that some kind of urban, hip hop fusion thing could be created by incorporating generally accepted concepts like 12 bar blues. Although it most likely failed to meet that objective, KRS-ONE said in an interview that anything that tries to push boundaries qualifies as hip hop. So there it is. What it do. :)

Equipment used in this includes the Seagull acoustic guitar (still in open G which is why we should all have several acoustics because they kind of get happy in whatever tuning they are in for a while) and glass slide (definitely not set up for slide guitar because the action is set low for non-slide playing). Warmoth swamp ash with Seymour Duncans. G&L Tribute L-2000 bass. Both guitars and the bass were processed using the AdrenaLinn III. A Shure KSM27 condenser mic provided for the vocals (amp overdrive effect for the vocal distortion). Keys are an M-Audio Axiom 49. All into Sonar.

Lyrics point out the insanity of believing politicians care about us.
