banned in rs for no reason??????

suddenly one day my friend called me told me he was banned PERMANET! (but he didn't care cuz he deserved it)
but anyways suddenly i try log into my acc.. when it says it's disabled???? so i go to the appeal offence/ban section and type my username and pass... it said 12.8 blackmarks out of 10... i mean wtf!!! then i tell them i never real world traded!!! but they don't belive me... and it's perm banned for something i didn't do.....wtf....
