From the 1987 film "The Running Man" starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, credited on the film as "Running Away With You" it was released as a single in europe and later released on John's 1992 album "Man With A Vision". The video was shot in a studio in London and shown before the film in cinemas, unfortunatley though the video to film transfer for the cinema was out of sync which John said was a bit annoying.

Yeah, they got a copy of the film from the film company to use whatever bits they needed for the video, the shots of John were filmed in a studio in London and made to look like the film settings.
