3 examples of core training exercises with a medicine ball. The first exercise is the rainbow, second is the core twist, and the third exercise is the wood chop.

  • Is this what you are trying to do when you do a wood chop? If so, I think you are doing it wrong. You need to keep your upper and lower leg in line. Ever heard of a hinge joint? You Should have learned all about it when you qualified as a personal trainer. Can you please stop posting videos of exercises done badly. If you can't do the exercise yourself you should not teach it to others. You give us more professional trainers a bad name!

  • Looks like an S&M dungeon :)

  • Yeah that 45 degree woodchop is not very good, as he brought the ball down towards floor, his opposite heel should have come up and ball of foot twist towards medicine ball. Putting strain on knee joint otherwise.

  • the woodchop perhaps can have a better form. squat-down....however, good exe's.
