Sometimes stressful situations can lead an ex-smoker to smoke again. When times get tough, we must be strong and mentally overcome our weaknesses. Mind over matter. Health over illness. The stress will pass and life will go on. You don't want to be a smoker again when the fog clears only to be creating new "smog".
Peace, stay strong

  • Can I ask you when you NOTICED the difference between 6 months and 10 days till 10 months? stress can be bad, but you got passed the hell at 6 months 10 days WOW you are a star!

  • @gf1001 It's been so long ago, I honestly don't remember anymore. All I can say is that it really does become easier and eventually a non-issue/non-thought. Keep up the strength and you will get there too. I'm very VERY glad that my videos have been useful to you. Thank you very much for your feed back and for sharing your experience. Continued success to you.

  • Just wanted to let you know that during the first 2 weeks of my first ever attempt to quit (after smoking for 41 years) i watched your videos over and over and over again. Like you, I quit cold turkey, and now, 37 days later, the desire to smoke is all but gone - except for right after a big meal, lol.

THANK YOU so very much for being a big part (albeit unknowingly), of my success at letting go of this addiction. You have my sincere gratitude. I wish you joy as you live a smoke-free life!

  • @billyjoeboomboom It's for people just like you that I've left these videos up and running. I'm so very glad that they helped you. Keep up the good work! ~Nikita

  • Thanks happyboy !

  • @kaksimogi Why, are you looking at a mirror?

  • i want to quit but still feelin like this after 6 months, damn am in for some bad times!

  • @nikitejay insanemajicguy is the kind of guy who will try it one day and be hooked. All it takes is a little naivety ;) good job Nikite I haven't had one in 2012 and I hope to catch up to the substantial time that you have. Like you, I'm more happy than anything. It's about accomplishing such a big goal that really is a symbol for so much more than cigarettes. You know what I mean ;) Did you notice your skin change or anything like that?

  • Stay strong girl! You know you are much stronger than leaf so show it! : D

  • You are awesome! I'm about your age, and I quit only a month and a half ago, cold turkey. There is no way I will ever smoke again, and be a smoker again. It comes down to dealing with stress and a few fragile days like this. At the end is a mountain of strength, I've seen it already. Hugs and congrats to you!

  • I am at the stage in this video. I now know its normal to be fragile and emotional even 6 months and a week like me. I am looking forward to month seven and then 10 months as in your other video. thanks for people like you who share their experiences.
