*UPDATE 1/8/2011: Appears Facebook made an unadvertised update and the "Is this your page" link is gone. I have done research on this and can not find any reason for the change or alternate method to "claim" a page. If anyone finds an alternate method please comment and let us know.
In addition, it has been nearly 4 weeks since I made my page claim and I am still waiting for them to update it. I will post another update if they actually process my request.
*UPDATE 8/4/11: I should have posted this a while ago but it took like 3 months before I got a confirmation that they merged my pages but in fact they didn't. I know many voices have been heard by Facebook to fix this but they are not listening. Sorry everyone.
**UPDATE 8/22/11: Check out the new tutorial @: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCkm0_NQJRg
