Cool I'm trying to learn Bachata this makes it even more exciting.

Obviously you are not an Australian! The majority of Australians are laid back, easy going people accepting of other cultures and religions. For the most part, Australia has an inclusive, multi cultural society where people of all races and creeds live together in harmony; something that cannot be said of most countries in the World.

These two guys are probably from South America, Peru, Ecuador?. Those are Classical/Spanish guitars. The Bachata is played with acoustic guitars. The harmony and rythm are diferent also.

This is the variation of bachata that is popular in Australia right now. All dances have regional variations, it is the beauty of YouTube that all the different styles can be seen and shared.

Bachata in Australia? Australia is the most racist country in the world. Interesting.

Based on your extensive experience IN Australia???
Across all the episodes of LDAlive I had presenters from 6 continents.
Go into any latin nightclub in Australia and you will see 100 different faces form 100 different races, and yet race, age, physicality simply do not matter - in that place they are just Salseros and Salseras celebrating this amazing musical gift Latin culture has given the world.
Peace be with you.
