  • They call it heavy cream because it is a fatter cream than the normal - hence the therm 'heavy'.

  • id skip the strawberries

  • you can use a vegetarian gelatin called agar agar, which is seaweed.

    you can get it at an asian store for a buck fifty maybe even less.
