Artichoke: Tea & Mask for Acne. Leaves for puffy eyes, Plus easy Dip recipe

Taste: It tastes very earthy, nutty and smooth. It's not bitter like green tea is. You can always add honey to it or even brown sugar to sweeten it up (even though I don't do it). Definitely give it a try...the taste isn't repulsive!

BeBeXo sister Chiqbelle made a video about artichoke tea a few weeks back. I was super excited about it because they introduced something that I love so much! This video is not to copy them or anything like that, I hope it will be a supplement to their video and hopefully others can add onto the YT community about artichoke and it's amazing powers!

i tried doing it for 25 minutes.. no flavour lol. and im using like 4 artichokes. i let it high heat for an hour. i can smell it and taste it
