What was this movie about?

@xPray2die2dayx about a boy being in love and together with his friend he fiends an dead naked body in an mental asylum, i don't think many people liked the movie but if you don't like typical hollywood movies then it maybe interests you

I watched this movie last night on Chiller but missed the last 15-20 minutes; so my question is what happened to the other "dead" people? Wheeler and JT were both bit and there was the original deadgirl, did Rickie tie them up too or did Wheeler and JT get munched on so much that they actually died?

@metaluzc so I rewatched it, Wheeler was eaten by the deadgirl and I think Rickie died cause of blood loss, but it's not in the movie how Rickie dies. Candice Accola (I can't remember her name in the movie), got bitten and I think, JT tied her up because he was still in love with her and did not want her to die. The original deadgirl escape into the night.
