The lobby houses a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange, and a lift. Within the hotel there are also various shops, a newspaper stand, and a hairdressing salon. Dining options include a café, a bar and a restaurant with highchairs for infants. Younger guests can let off steam in the playground.
