  • @c4n4d14nb4c0n5uck5 true, true. i have a friend who play rugby, never was in a gym, only on the field running and doing rugby things, and he is bigger and tougher than most guys at gym who workout hard as hell.

  • Hard-core results come from igniting the massive power of emotional commitment. Are your people committed?

Let’s get right on top of the bottom line: You must live your personal values at work. Check out slapCompany

  • Everyone is right!

  • @dar1e08 Nice video but you forgot to wipe the cum out of your hair a little bit and we can see the base of the dildo sticking out of your drawer.

  • @c4n4d14nb4c0n5uck5 Trololololololol

  • @dar1e08 Only morons use dumbells/barbells only. In fact, people that can actually work out for real don't even need 1 barbell or dumbell ever. All you NEED is nothing, somebody who isn't retarded can work out with just their body. Push ups/handstand, sit ups, crunches, running, somebody with a brain can figure out how to work out the rest of their body. Stick to doing the benchpress and thinking you're tough. You'll get KO'd by a skinny guy that just does cardio anyday.

  • Great video, good information thanks!

  • You don't need any of this crap, dumbells and barbels are all you need for a good workout.

  • Best fitness equipment ever made especially the leg extension and upper body equipment

  • these things ROCK!
