It's a distinct possibility... though a thought just occurred to me that they may be trying to avoid the copyright filter and are actually expecting you to have seen the scene in question and remember it. And of course I don't watch this show (or Law & Order for that matter), so I have no idea what's going on here.

it looks more like someone hacked the account. but then, half of what 23/6 has posted this year has been awful. such a shame, because this used to be some of the best comedy on youtube.
