It's so lovely... is this by Bach? You can hear his influence if not.
Or is it Shostakovich trying to imitate Bach?
Can anyone please tell me who composed this?

Hello! I've given the composers' name in the comments. The piece was written by Gaston Rolland. You're right in that there is certain classical influence; moreover, the piece is classical in terms of it's compositional structure. Bach is a certain influence.
