You can cut off a filibuster with 60 votes...which is why it was so important for Democrats to get a 60 seat majority in the Senate. If they get Minnesota, they will have 59 and Lieberman could be the magic 60 number the need to stop all Republican filibusters.

That's true, I forgot to mention that... Thanks! I would like to say though, that our government works because of the two opposing sides and to have one side in power, unchecked, may not be the best thing for us. I like checks and balances and appreciate opposition asking questions. Who knows, they may ask something that I forgot to ask and it helps us to cover the bases.
