as it has been said, noclip disables player animation, and he moves his legs so it can't be noclip...

imho battery ramp script bug :) or you just watched a demo recorded in a server with that ramp, from a game that doesn't have it...

anyway, he might be hacking, but I've seen stuff like that when the server is lagging w/ extremely high pings.

Was that a punkbuster server, cause it also could have been a wall hack, or something dumb like the admin turned console cheats on
