Man, I still don't know how you use so many coals. I've started double foiling (SS pre-cuts) on my small just to be safe-- and 3 ch nats are still too much heat, much less 4.

i suggest you to contact "shoresidejake" from youtube here and ask him ... he frequently uses some quick lights ... however i personally suggest you to fin a way using natural coal ... use a nice bowl such as a tangiers one ... and juicy tobacco (remember .. the juicy ones are the best) and do not overpack the bowl, then the tobacco will burn and give crappy taste

nah no wrys i bought a new wider bigger bowl and i mix the juices and dont allow the flavour to touch the foil and its tasting peng but thanx for the advice :)

try just one and move it around the bowl. it will last longer and with less heat it will last longer. knock the ash off into the tray too

can any 1 advice me my km is brilliant but whenever i pack the bow i put 2 quick light coals on top and after a while the taste starts to get burnt and then by the time i put 2 more on the flavour is burnt please any1 advice me wat to do

I have some slow friends bro. As you can tell I lack patience too, so if it takes 20 minutes it feels like an hour. Everything we could be doing while it takes an hour to set up, we could be doing after we setup and while we are smoking, just my thoughts;)
