When he tried to get big in America. He was very frustated that chinese werent in the hall of fame. His goal was to get his hands and feets in hollywood. For a meeting he flight 16 hours to american. He didnt speak any english at the time. The meeting didnt last 5minuts and thus he flight 16 hours back. After 2 years he didnt succeed in america. He gave up career in america and focussed in China. After some years big people in hollywood trying to hook up with JC.

As a beginning actor he had to do anything to get in the bussines and to meet his goals.

At the time there was famous actress with who he worked. She said she didnt want to work with jackie chan because he was ugly with his big nose and small eyes. Jackie was in tears but still had to bow for her. For a script he had to drink everyday with the writer. He had to puke everyday and cry. But he never gives up. How many obstacles there are he will fight. He wants to represent China.

basically at the ending, he said 1st time get went to hollywood, he was rejected. then he decided to himself, do his best in his own country,direct his own movie,do his own stunts, write his own scripts, and slowly gain recognition. 1st country, then the world, and before he know it, hollywood directors is calling him up.

and he's also a kung fu star legend...his movie are usually good ending...it make me feel bad when he died in Japan in one of his movies...
