Sie ist jung, klug, neugierig und voller Erwartungen: Jackie beginnt ihr erstes Jahr am College und möchte es all jenen zeigen, die sie nur als Ex-Kinderstar einer TV-Serie kennen. Seen "Maedchen in Uniform" I Hope? Not sexual at all but, for this very reason, even more - so much more- intriguing and getting to your soul. I loved both of them, but the 1958 movie is my favorite of the two. Frl. von Bernburg- Lilli Plamer is just too beautiful in that one, just perfect. Then "Olivia", 1953. You can find them all here. Masterpieces made such by the very absence of sex. You should read the books they were inspired by too : ) They get under your skin.

This movie kind of sucked. There were parts that I enjoyed, but over all, I'd give it a 2 and a half star rating out of five stars.
