  • @njjroberts man, that's the most cliche thing I see when somebody tries to make fun of wrestling. Yeah, it's two men wrestling each other. Big fucking deal. That's what all you ignorant fucks see, two guys in spandex. What you don't see is how much hard work we wrestlers put into this sport. You think you'd be able to do one of our practices easily, right? Think again. Try consistently moving your whole body and muscles for an excruciating 3+ hours. You're just ignorant, and unoriginal.

  • im 5'9 and wrestle at this weight, senior in HS. i cut down from 145 lbs to do this and nearly kill myself every weak to make weight but its worth it. I might wrestle at Rhode Island College next yr, D3 school. Can't wait to find out about it.

  • @larycanon That was a gutsy move. There was only a few seconds left. You have to go for broke.

  • @RatedATG

You don't need to cut weight if you don't want to. Just enjoy the sport as it is. Sure, it's nice to be on varsity but it could be more pressure too. Don't let the small things take away all your joy of wrestling.

  • @GuitarHeroPunisher3 That was an extremely passionate and heartfelt response, and I applaud you. However my last season just ended and I just realized how much I resent this sport for the 6 years of starvation and bullshit I've had to go through. So I love the sport to death, but I love eating and having a social life JUST a little bit more.
