  • @Frankwolf100 you doing both, but doing leg workouts with with some sort of weight will make your calves stronger.

  • This is going to sound like a dumb question, but when I run on the treadmill for 20 mins am I building muscle or just burning fat. I know I am obviously working the muscle.
