Friends Can't Be Bought

this video is about 2 of my best friends
who like every really good friend dont ask for much

all they want is that i take them for a walk
and promise not to leave
and that's pretty easy for me
because i love being outdoors
and i know how treat a friend

yes, we've had our share of rough times
chewed up socks and scratched furniture
i've been pissed on by one of them
and pissed off by both

but it never crossed my mind to leave
not once.

because although they've known me for only a couple of years now
they trust me completely
and because even though i am limited by words
they understand me completely
they rejoice at my happiness
and join me when i'm sad,
always reminding me that everything is temporary
and that before we met
cold night after cold night
exhausting roaming around
after exhausting roaming around
they too were sad
but you never know when a friend might walk into your life
and change everything.
