  • I tried different themes including the basic or standard theme and still I only see a partial video upload video for the Kaltura video plugin module. At this time Kaltura is useless. Any word on this?

  • @sigmabiomedical Kaltura didn't appear to test in any theme but their own. It's not perfect, but here's what I added to our CSS theme: #mod-kaltura-keditor .navbar, #mod-kaltura-keditor .headermenu, #mod-kaltura-keditor .editbar, #mod-kaltura-keditor .navbutton, #mod-kaltura-kcw .navbar, #mod-kaltura-kcw .headermenu, #mod-kaltura-kcw .editbar, #mod-kaltura-kcw .navbutton {margin: 0; padding: 0; height: 0px;} #mod-kaltura-keditor #content, #mod-kaltura-kcw #content {margin: 0; padding: 0;}
  • This is a VERY helpful video. Kaltura isn't working correctly, however, for me. When I attempt to Add a Resource and click on add video, the bottom of the media upload window is cut off -- I can't access the "BAck" or "Upload" buttons. Frustrating. It's as if the number of vertical pixels is too low to display the entire window.

  • @jbrondos: We're glad you like the video. Where are you trying to use Kaltura? In our Moodle instance, we had to change the CSS style to see all the buttons. It might be related to the Moodle theme on your site.

  • These are well produced and interesting to watch. One suggestion for those of us not within your organization: Be sure to note which version of Moodle you are using. I'm still working with Moodle 1.9 and this feature is not available (in the same way). Great resource though! :)
